Having Taslima as our new collegue, I hoped to have a fresh class full of students. We prepared class plan for the class.We went to the class room  and waited for 10 minutes  but no people showed up. that time all teachers hope was broken. the situationlet us to think about this question that is the project really gonna work out as we hoped earlier. we wondered that are the students really having problem or have they lost their interest in the project.on our discussion we felt like all our hope, dreams, and goal are they going to be in vain. the discussion seemed to have too conclusion might...leaders never lose their hope as AUW tought us. we remember thar the path of sucees has never been smooth. Ups and downs is always a part and parcel of success but good leaders face all obtacles with courage and never stop taking steps for the sake of wellfare of social mass. .initialy many obstacle the interpreners

After this feeling, we decided that we will take individual and group meeting with the students to make them motivated. According to this, we went to them and get to know that it was all misunderstanding about the time schedule. That time I understood how much we are touched with the project that one little thing made us so panic. It made me sooooooooooo happy like a heavy stone came down from chest.
